AI Operating Standard

For individuals & professionals

Less starting over. More moving forward.

Your projects, research, decisions, and commitments belong to one life. Give AI the right context to help with the next thing in front of you.

A weekly review you actually use.

Choose one active project. In a small, permissioned workspace, bring together the notes, decisions, and commitments you already have.

01

Gather the right context

Write the project’s purpose, next decision, deadline, and your constraints. Select the current notes and relevant calendar entries; leave unrelated personal or client information out.

02

Find what changed

Ask AI to compare the selected records, cite its sources, and flag missing or conflicting information. A missing answer should remain missing.

03

Make the commitments explicit

Review suggested actions. Confirm each owner and date, then record accepted tasks in your existing task system. A suggestion is not a promise.

04

Decide and follow through

Use the briefing to make one real decision or finish one real action. Keep the outcome and rationale with the project.

05

Return next week

Check what was completed, what slipped, and what the system got wrong. Update the source once, and reuse the context.

Research. Learning. Life administration.

A decision with a memory.

Keep the options, assumptions, choice, and outcome together. Your next similar decision starts with what you learned.

A project you can resume.

Save its state, trusted sources, unresolved questions, and next action. Returning after a break should not require retelling the story.

A household handoff.

With the other person’s agreement, share the relevant maintenance record and next task. Keep private information outside that shared scope.

These are use cases to build with your chosen tools. Live inbox, calendar, booking, and payment connections require their own setup and verification.

One useful system. Clear separation.

A work assistant does not need your whole personal life. A household workspace does not need confidential client records. Choose the smallest relevant source set and decide what can be read, drafted, or acted on.

Start with human-assisted work. Let AI prepare; keep consequential sending, spending, deletion, and account changes under explicit control.
