The Standard and templates provide general operating guidance. Adapt them to your work, permissions, and obligations. Examples and suggested tests are not a guarantee of accuracy, safety, business results, or suitability for a particular regulated activity.

A self-assessment, not a certification

The AI Operating Score reflects your own answers. It does not independently verify readiness or authorize an action. A high score does not replace permissions, review, or evidence.

Examples and historical resources

Case studies identify implemented mechanisms, dated verification, development, and future work. Demonstration records are not current operating results. Historical Groundwork materials retain their dates and original framing; use the current Standard for the current build sequence.

Reuse and engagements
